The service is separated into five lots, split between play and youth. Service providers may bid for one lot or multiple lots. Service providers shall individually provide and/or facilitate through subcontracting and/or other partnership arrangements with other suitable play and youth organisations, a comprehensive play and youth offer for children and families in the city.
