Description

The University of Nottingham is currently undertaking a large Digital Change Project which encompasses the development of new infrastructure for its digital systems and communications tools. As part of this, the University of Nottingham is seeking to replace an existing asset storage system with a cloud based Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution which can store images, video and other digital assets.

The current image storage solution has been identified as not being fit for purpose due to a very poor user experience, lack of technical flexibility and poor security in preparation for GDPR.

UoN has set up a Project the objectives of which are to procure a solution from a third-party supplier who can not only provide a DAM solution that is fit for purpose but can host off-site as a full managed service. It must also be able to integrate with a new Customer Experience (CX) website and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that are also being procured within the Digital Engagement Workstream.
