Description
Leicestershire County Council owns approximately 1,000 property assets with a total asset value of £358m. The Council is currently seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake 20% of the asset valuations.\r

The consultant will provide a fixed asset valuation service for financial reporting and will cover all operational and non-operational properties owned by the council.\r
\r
This valuation is part of a 5-year cycle, with 266 properties to be valued in the 2023-2024 period. The contract will begin on March 31, 2023, or as agreed, and will initially last for 2 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years.
