Description

As part of the evidence base to support the emerging Ashfield Local Plan (ALP) 2020 - 2038, Ashfield District Council wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake a Heritage Impact Assessment for the District in accordance with national planning policy and national guidance contained in Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin new policies and site allocations in the ALP. Once adopted, the ALP will form part of the statutory Development Plan for Ashfield District.
