Description

Defra requires a Contractor to do the following tasks:

In coordination with the Defra Project Manager, develop/agree a project methodology, which includes a stakeholder engagement plan.

Identify and recruit citizens to participate and attend a series of online co-design workshops, to include people from social groups that are more vulnerable to consequences of an economic transition.

Develop workshop materials and activities, in coordination with the Defra Project Manager and CE Taskforce Co-Design Lead.

Conduct a series of 3 online co-design workshops with CE communities/citizens - these will be focused on key themes that arise from Phase 1 of the CE Taskforce.

Synthesise outputs of citizen workshops after each session to handover to Defra Project Manager in Phase 2.

Develop a Research Report on the methodology used and the CE citizen findings.

Develop and present a review of the project to Defra, where the Contractor will provide a brief summary of lessons learned to reflect on the project and how it might be improved in future, including potential next steps.
