Description
Basildon Borough Council (the "Council") are looking for specific proposals to manage, maintain and administer its three main fisheries for a five year period with the possibility of a two year extension.
The Council is looking for a licensee to actively work with the Council in promoting the availability of fisheries to the community through advertising campaigns, competitions, for example. The requirement for the use of the fisheries is to manage the angling as a community service and actively encouraging participation. There must be the provision for junior, disabled, and concessionary tickets at a reduced rate.
