Description

Public Health England (PHE) requires the provision of a microplate reader compatible with SoftMax Pro Version 7 Microplate Data Acquisition and Analysis Software. The plate reader must fulfil the following requirements:

- The reader must be able to run SoftMax Pro Version 7 Microplate Data Acquisition and Analysis Software.
- Must be able to read 6, 12, 24, 48, 96 and 384 well plates
- Must be able to read absorbance in wavelength range 200-1000 nm
- Must be able to perform fluorescence in wavelength range 250-850 nm
- Must be able to perform luminescence in wavelength range 250-850 nm
- Must include a shaker function with timer function
- Must have a heater element that operates at 37C and is adjustable
- Must be equipped with cuvette and microplate holders
- Must be equipped with dual monochromators
- Foot print approximately 25 cm (H), 60 cm (W) and 40 cm (D)
- Wipe clean touch screen
