Description
Eastlands II is one of the older buildings in Basingstoke Town Centre being grade II listed and is an attractive Georgian building with a featured entrance point, sash windows and a pitched slate roof. Individual rooms are arranged over ground and first floors as offices and meeting rooms, with some ancillary space in the basement area.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to undertake the refurbishment and to be the Principal Contractor for all other sub-contractors and specialists required.
The Scope of works include:
• Replacement of the existing Gas Boiler
• Replacement LED Lighting
• Replacement Flooring
• Replacement Fire alarm system.
• Internal Redecoration
