Description

The scope of this contract is to fit out the building using the CPI concept scope documents issued as guidance for pricing and fundamentals of the design. The appointed contractor will be fully responsible for the design and installation of the systems required to fully operate the building. The overall project is to be delivered in 3 defined scopes
1- Initial installation of 4 pieces of equipment to ensure a Site Acceptance Test of the equipment can be achieved by the end of June 2017
2- Finalise the whole infrastructure to support the facility on an on-going basis
3- Install an extended list of process equipment and extend the infractructure as required to supply this equipment set (Note this element of work is not guaranteed dependent upon contract value).
