Description

Formal Expressions of Interest are invited prior to the running of a closed tender.

The Retained Residence Summer Works Programme 2019 provides for minor works during the summer period to maintain the award winning accommodation standards the University offers students through its Student accommodation. These works include but are not limited to the renewal of furniture and equipment to bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens, decoration, improvements to electrical and mechanical systems as required by each accommodation block.
