Description
The works comprise the design and construction of 9 nr new build flats and external works, and refurbishment of 3nr houses as shown on the planning drawings. Please note this is currently being amended and will be subject to further planning revision.
The contractor is to submit their proposals for the development of the new build site comprising the detailed design, demolition of existing commercial buildings, and retention of existing houses , site clearance, reduced level, cart away, decontamination/site remediation where applicable, construction, completion and defects rectification of the development. The contractor is to ensure compliance with all necessary Planning Reserved Matters and conditions, obtaining Building Regulation and Fire Approvals and recommendations of any other Statutory Approvals complete, referred to in these requirements.
