Description

Harborough District Council is seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified consultant or consultants to provide expert project management support in the initial 3-5 month phase of a project to replace its current software E-financial system with a new, Cloud-Based Finance Management System.

This is a single stage procurement process to obtain quotations for the required work. Potential providers have been selected on the basis that they are known to have relevant expertise. The opportunity is also to be advertised.

The quotations process is being managed through the Delta e-tendering portal ("Quick Call" module).
