Description

Dawlish Town Council is seeking the removal of its existing timber conservatory on the Manor House, a Grade II listed building, and replacing like for like - see tender documents for full details.

The works are to be completed under a JCT Minor Works form of contract and are expected to commence Autumn 2022.
