Description

'The University of Portsmouth invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced companies wishing to tender for the combined Mechanical Service and Maintenance contract throughout the University for a period of 1 year plus 1). The work will include the servicing and maintenance of mechanical plant for 95 buildings. In addition to this routine work there will be minor works carried out on an ad-hoc basis The combined Mechanical Services covered within this contract are; 1. Boilers and Pumping Systems; 2. Air conditioning; 3. Humidifiers; 4. Gas Detection Systems; 5. Compressed Air Systems; 6. Catering Equipment; 7. Cookers to Halls of Residence; 8. Water treatment (softeners/RO). There will be a requirement to meet specified response times due to emergency.'
