Description

The contractor is to provide for the complete rewire of each property from the meter head position right through to each final connection of each final sub circuit (of all existing circuits within the property) and, for the addition of circuits as prescribed within latter parts of this specification.
The contractor is to include all materials (wiring and accessories) necessary to complete the installation in accordance with relevant regulations and to the satisfaction of the Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) Maintenance & Contracts Electrical Team.
