Description

Procurement of Modelling of Businesses Suitability/Viability - Former Flitwick Leisure Centre Site development, Flitwick.

Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) is proposing to develop the former Flitwick leisure centre site. The development will be for over 55's and includes:

95 independent living apartments
70 room care home
37 downsizer dwellings (mix of apartments and bungalows)

As well as the main accommodation, the development is to include space for a day centre (20 additional older people on site each week day) and a number of business uses. Some of these business uses would be expected within such a development eg. hairdressers/barber, chiropody. CBC would like to understand the viability of these and other proposed uses, to inform the design of the scheme.

Return of Quotation - Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the My Return section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 10/04/2019 Quotations received after that time will be excluded.

Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
