Description

County Durham Housing Group was created in April 2015 from the completion of a large scale voluntary transfer of approximately 18 400 homes from Durham County Council. The group is made up of 4 registered providers consisting of a parent organisation (County Durham Housing Group), East Durham Homes, Dale and Valley Homes and Durham City Homes.

County Durham Housing Group are currently considering all options available for the provision of a fully comprehensive facilities management service which will be accessed across the group for office accommodation, sheltered housing units, communal flat blocks and community hubs.

The information received from the Early Market Engagement process will be used to decide on the most appropriate process for procurement in relation to whether or not the contract is to be divided into lots.
