Description

The removal of all Controlled Waste on the site for off-site disposal by landfill at suitable, Environment Agency permitted facilities.
The Contract will include the necessary provision of ancillary works including the operational site management and development and delivery of an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) that satisfies the City Council, and an independent 3rd party validation process and the Environment Agency that the operation will result in no future significant threat to the land, air and water environments. The Environmental Management Plan (EMP) will be assessed for suitability as part of the documents submitted for the Contract for works.
There may be requirement for subsequent land reclamation works.
