The Council are looking to procure services to carry out research (Staff Surveys and other Associated Work)

There are two elements to this research;

1. Employee survey (conducted bi-annually in 2020, 2022 and 2024)
2. Following surveys; support us in the design and delivery of ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative staff engagement activity (pulse activity)
