Description
Currently commissioned are seven services with multiple contracts and providers, including stop smoking; healthy hearts; health trainers; exercise referral service; NHS health checks; and the heath improvement service.
Westminster City Council (WCC) are designing an integrated healthy lifestyle service to work across the three boroughs of Westminster City Council (WCC), Royal Borough Kensington Chelsea (RBKC) and London Borough Hammersmith Fulham (LBHF) supporting people to reduce their risks of developing cardiovascular disease and cancers through adopting healthier lifestyles.
Westminster City Council (WCC), as lead Authority, intends to undertake a competitive tendering procurement on behalf of itself, Hammersmith & Fulham Council (LBHF) and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) for the provision of an Integrated One You Service. The procurement exercise aims to award three contracts, one for each borough. Prior to commencing any formal public procurement process, LBHF, RBKC and WCC, wish to engage with interested providers to ensure the expertise of providers contributes to the service design principles; service core components; outcomes and KPIs; and the procurement process. The three boroughs invite providers with experience of delivery of these types of services to a supplier engagement event on 17th March 2017. To register your interest, please contact cthomas1@westminster.gov.uk by 10th March 2017 giving names of the delegates attending. Places will be limited to 2 persons per organisation.
