Description

The Successful Tenderer will lead on the development of an evaluation and monitoring framework and will carry out the baseline data collection and a mid-programme and end-programme evaluation. The Successful Tenderer will work with Defra, the Environment Agency and Risk Management Authorities to ensure monitoring and evaluation activities are embedded in the programme delivery.
