Description

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for Managing agent for private rented residential property. Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified private rented sector managing agent on behalf of its wholly owned development company Thurrock Regeneration Limited (TRL) to support its growing private rental portfolio. It currently has 102 properties (completed in July 2017) on St Chads Road, Tilbury. The further scheme with some private rental units is due to start on site imminently, with a build programme of 18 months: Service required are:

o Letting and void services
o Marketing /Design input
o Systems, controls and procedures (including regular monitoring and performance management )
o Tenancy management
o Asset management
o Estate and ground maintenance
