Oxford Gardens Primary School is a mixed-sex community School located in London and falls under the local authority Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea
Ground subsidence has occurred, affecting part of the playground and a "pod" building alongside. The proposed works comprise screening off and locating the existing underground drains; lifting tarmac and paved surfacing; excavations to 1.6 meters depth; drainage works and drain protection; local underpinning the Pod building foundations; backfill to drainage gradients and ground compaction, followed by reinstatement of the surface to specification, reinstate gullies; manhole covers; finishes and planters, to the new levels.
