Description

West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is responsible for the MetroLine contact centre. The contact centre provides public transport information over the phone, by email, social media and is currently undertaking a 6 month trial of live chat. WYCA is looking for an easy to use live chat solution, the aim to support customers using website www.wymetro.com.
