Description

Places for People are seeking to appoint a sole supplier of media services and as such, wish to form a framework which will be utilised and owned by Places for People. It is intended that this framework will be used for the Places for People's and their group subsidiaries media needs. The initial term of the contract will be 12 months, with two (2) possible optional 12 month extensions, making a potential maximum contract term of three (3) years.

The successful supplier will be tasked with creating a series of carefully-crafted annual paid media plans across approximately 15 priority property developments within the UK.

A broad annual budget of between 500,000 GBP and 1,000,000 GBP will be provided to cover all media costs, tracking and agency fees
It is expected that on boarding of information and campaign set up will occur throughout August and that full management of this service will be in place, including initial campaigns live by the beginning of September 2019.
