Description

Torus Foundation is the non-for-profit division of the Torus Group in which is an ambitious housing group in the North West that strives to improve lives and communities. At Torus Foundation, we believe in partnering with like-minded people and creating potential together. We have a reputation for innovation, a trusted partner focussed on opportunity, place and home and a track record for investing in people. Torus Foundation seeks to procure a suitably qualified service provider to develop implement and provide Tenant IT Digital hubs. This service has been successfully provided within the Liverpool Heartland for the last 5 years and will continue. The addition of the two heartlands of Warrington and St Helens will be considered through the period of this agreement subject to budgetary availability.

Providers will be required to work with us to provide a quality, consistent service and have an understanding of our values and take responsibility for achieving:

• A shared knowledge and best practice platform
• A responsive and innovative approach to service provision
• Added value initiatives offering commercial, social and environmental impacts

All providers will be required to demonstrate a proven track record on delivering similar type contracts along with providing sustainable competitive pricing throughout the term of the contract. The provider must also have excellent customer service and be able to provide dedicated account management
