Description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering for the conversion of a Nanoscience and Technology Fallow Area.

The National Epitaxy Facility based at the University of Sheffield is expecting delivery of a new Molecular Beam Epitaxy Cluster Tool in early November 2017. Before this new Cluster Tool can be installed the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering has a requirement to convert a 103m2 fallow area within the existing clean room facility on level 3 of the Nanosciences & Technology building located on The University of Sheffield's North Campus.
