Description

The Trust is subject to a directive by NHS England to provide accessible screening venues to all its patients under the diabetic eye screening service.

The previous venue (Whyburn Medical Practice) is no longer able to accommodate the Trust and other GP surgeries and health centres in the town do not have any capacity to support the service.

As a result of this, the Greater Nottingham Eye Screening Programme has not had a venue in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire since 2021.
