Description

Tyne Housing Association Ltd seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake the extension of the existing Ouseburn Farm building and reconfiguration of existing layout. The works includes a new first floor extension constructed in materials to match existing, re-configuration of internal facilities to provide new café area, new function room and new offices. The work is to be undertaken in two phases

Phase 1 - Reconfigure ground floor area including new entrance, new rooms, heating, electrical, full decoration, new flooring and new entrance including canopy (May to June 2019)

Phase 2 -Construct first floor extension including erection of a steel work frame (manufactured off Site) new brickwork and floor to ceiling glass screens. Reconfigure rooms including relocating café servery. Install new main entrance and create new offices. Alter heating and electric services to suit reconfiguration. Full decoration and new flooring (November 2019 - Feb 2020)

The Contract is to be undertaken on a supply and fit basis.
