Description
The Council is keen to ensure that all Avondale Drive tenants and leaseholders have access to quality independent and impartial advice. It is therefore procuring an ITLA who is independent from and not seen as representing the views of the Council. and is able to provide appropriate challenge regarding the proposals.
For this stage of the project the ITLA will support residents up to and including the ballot period.
