Description

Active Movement offers a unique approach to tackling childhood obesity
and provides a different approach to traditional weight management
programmes; encouraging behaviour change and implementing whole
school engagement through education. The non-stigmatising universal
programme aims to reduce sedentary behaviour by building physical
activity into day-to-day life. Further campaigns can be added to the
programme such as Oral Health and Active Travel component.
