Description

This PIN is for information only, and the purpose is to inform the market of upcoming buyer further competition opportunities (tenders) through the RM6241 Housing Maintenance & Repair DPS. It is hoped that with increased visibility of the opportunities through the agreement, it will give suppliers plenty of time to onboard to the DPS and be able to take part in these fantastic tendering opportunities.

For the avoidance of doubt, the further competition opportunities are being procured through the RM6241 Housing Maintenance & Repair DPS but the contract will be with the individual buyers and not Crown Commercial Service.

Buyers within the next 4-12 weeks will be coming to market, through the DPS, with the following further competition opportunities:

Doors & Windows (Replacement & Repairs)

Midlands and North & South London - 24 month contract. Looking to tender June 23

Reactive Repairs & Maintenance

- Midlands, including Nottingham/Leicestershire
