Description
The qualitative research aims to explore awareness and experiences of the income tax charge on Child Benefit (High Income Child Benefit Charge) and options available to customers affected or potentially affected by the charge . The research also aims to understand the reasons why some parents are not claiming Child Benefit, and whether they are aware of the negative impact of not claiming Child Benefit. The findings will be used to identify any areas where future improvements could be made to the guidance HMRC provides to customers.
