Description

The Council requires a hosted, cloud based, hybrid eRostering and call monitoring system to enable the Council to receive call monitoring and rostering data from a number of external Care Providers. The system will need to act as a hub which integrates data from Care Provider ECMS systems and enable the Council to report on performance as well as accurately determining payments to Providers and recharging for care services from the ultimate service users within the community.
