Description
The Council is seeking a Provider to deliver reactive building fabric maintenance services to the Council's portfolio of operational property. This includes responding to emergency callouts and attending sites to undertake urgent or reactive repairs.
The Council is seeking to strengthen the capacity within its supply chain for managing emergency and reactive maintenance requirements. The Council's vision is to directly appoint a specialist and responsive supply chain for whom the Council is a priority customer. The Council wishes to enter into a contract with the successful Provider which is in the spirit of partnership, working together to deliver an excellent service.
