Description

Bury Council are seeking to appoint a commercial property agency with a multi-disciplinary team who are able to offer a comprehensive service for the Council's initial work on the redevelopment of Radcliffe Town Centre.

The successful bidder must be able to demonstrate:
• Experience of advising on all property aspects for major commercial and mixed use regeneration sites.
• A strong multi-disciplinary team that can advise the Council on the first stages of the project.
• Experience of working on valuations and negotiations.

The budget for this contract is £80k any bids received over this value will not be considered.
