Description

Breckland District Council Require a consultant to review the Swanton Morley Neighbourhood Plan. Tasks include appraisal of the four sites (the two allocated plus alternative sites) identified in the SMNP Policy 2 (which are based on the Breckland Local Plan Sustainability Appraisal alternative sites), documenting how the proposed allocations has been arrived at using relevant decision-making questions and an appraisal framework (the Breckland Council Local Plan framework).
