Description
This Contract is for the decoration of various OAP and Disabled properties owned by Reading Borough Council. The Form of Contract is the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 including amendment 1 issued March 2015. The Contract is a 2 year contract with a possible 1 year extension with a start date of April 2017.
The anticipated total annual value for works ordered for this Contract is £130,000.
However there is no guarantee of this amount of work, quantities may go up or down over the contract period. Only one contractor will be selected to carry out the works.
