Description

The purpose of this tender including specification and drawings are to describe the replacement of the existing heating boilers and the integration of an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) into the heating system within the North West Ambulance Service's Estuary Point Building in Liverpool. The works will also involve the installation of a new electrical supply to the ASHP, BMS modifications and the provision of new concrete base and fencing around the heat pump.
A 3 year maintenance programme is to be included.
