Arts Council England is seeking a researcher or research team to work with us to explore the relationship between successful projects that comprise the Creative People and Places programme and organisations with in Arts Council England's national portfolio.
The specific aims of this commission are:

Provide insight into the extent and nature of current relationships and joint work between NPOs and CPP places to engage new audiences and communities

Provide learning and recommendations for NPOs, CPP places and Arts Council England to promote successful joint working to engage new audiences and communities
