Description
The National Park Authority are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake full refurbishment works to Pump Farmhouse, Warslow. The site is a traditional building and therefore the Authority is looking for a suitably qualified contractor to work within its heritage guidelines using traditional materials. This package of works covers; installation of ASHP system, new kitchen and bathroom, new windows, re-plastering using insulated lime, re-wiring, re-felting of the main roof and minor roof repairs, relining of chimneys and installation of stoves, redecoration and external works.
