Description

Item features:
We require the manufacture of 5-axis machined components made from 6000 series aluminium. The parts have a diameter of approximately 350mm and a length of up to 200mm. Positional tolerances are down to 0.1 on specific features, with a general profile of surface tolerance of 0.2 in all other places except for ISO standard holes and fits. Temper condition, inspection, surface texture, etc. will be to ISO standards.
Quantity for immediate purchase: 27
ISO requirements: Suppliers must be ISO 9001 accredited.
Forecasted need: Production volumes would be 100 ship sets per year for approximately 5 years.
