Description

Annual Domestic Gas Heating System Inspection, Service, Repair & Maintenance across L&Q's portfolio of Properties, split into 3 x Regions/Lots and intending to award long term contracts to 3 x Operators
This covers the provision of a range of gas servicing, maintenance, inspection and safety checks and Gas Breakdown services including smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms and to collect validation and additional data to properties managed by L & Q.

The Contract will also include (with no quantities guaranteed) possible procurement and installation of required boilers. The majority of the Works under this Contract will be carried out in and around occupied homes. Residents may become involved in all stages of the Contract, from inception and planning to selection and monitoring.

The Works to be provided under the Contract include:

o Gas Servicing, Inspection and Safety Checks
o Gas Breakdown, Maintenance and Replacement of Parts to Domestic Gas Systems, Appliances and Installations
o Schedule of Rates (SOR) Items for Domestic Gas Boiler Renewal or New Heating and Hot Water Installations, Other Additional Works and Voids & Mutual Exchanges
o Installation of Boilers - where L & Q may provide their own Boilers for installation
