Description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a Developer / Contractor to develop residential units at the site known as Campus East Car Park in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

The Council is not looking for a developer partner, nor is any form of joint venture or similar delivery vehicle sought. The Council is proposing to grant a 250 year lease which will enable the developer to come onto the Campus East Car Park Site and to develop a mainly residential scheme.
