Description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of a twin offering DPS and Framework Agreement for Asset Finance: Leasing & Loan Finance and Leasing Advisory Services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, Devolved Administrations and Charities.

The proposed agreement will be the recommended Leasing Finance vehicle for the UK Public Sector and will look to deliver value for money to the taxpayer when delivering leasing services. The vehicle, at this stage, will look to offer both leasing finance to fund the purchase of assets and advisory services to deliver market leading advice to potential public sector leasing customers.

The lotting structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the market engagement process and we welcome input from market participants.
