Description

We are looking to secure a training provider that can work with us initially over the next year (August 2019-2020), with a possible extension period up to July 2022,who can design, develop and deliver training to support mental health and disability awareness for our people managers in our England directorate, then to people managers across the UK.

The Fund currently provide face to face resilience workshops and offer a range of wellbeing activities hosted locally. The implementation of People in the Lead has resulted in the Fund going through a number of changes and has also required us to work more locally in our communities, therefore seeing an increase in our people's mental health being affected.

Our ambition of People in the Lead is to bring real improvements to communities which puts advancing equalities at the heart of what we do. As an employer we want to be an exemplar organisation where we can champion diversity and inclusion and advance equal opportunities. We recruit people with lived experience and offer internships to graduates who have a disability and are improving our recruitment process to attract more disabled applicants. We want our staff to feel empowered and confident in their roles with the right support in place, and undaunted when providing or speaking about their health conditions.

Please refer to the response envelopes for further detail.
