Description

Security services for LB Bexley including key holding and out of hours response. The services are currently provided under a total facilities management contract with one provider which will expire on 31st August 2020. There are currently 6 sites in scope for the main security services, including Bexley Civic Offices, Council Depot and four non-operational sites. There are currently 39 buildings in scope for key holding services. Services to include; static guarding, key holding, out of hours response and a range of ad hoc services, such as events management.
