Description
To provide tailored Programme Management training for NSS (National Security Secretariat) Cross Government Funds. The current course is designed for staff working on delivering CSSF programmes, from across NSC Departments including DFID, Home Office, FCO, NCA and MoD. The course aims to develop the competencies required to manage effective CSSF programmes. It will build staff capacity to deliver CSSF programmes more effectively and learn to use the relevant CSSF systems, tools and templates to help deliver impact. It will focus on implementation working through case studies and engaging CSSF guest experts to contextualise learning. The course will also help develop professional networks, and participants will have the opportunity to share lessons and experience with each other to inform better programme management.
