Description

The project objective is to redevelop the Town Hall complex to provide a sustainable, modern, fit for purpose and financially viable new office space for Rother officers and other public services (DWP, ESCC, NHS etc.), alongside civic space for organisations such as Bexhill Town Council and the RVA. Release Amherst Road building to provide 14 town centre flats, supporting local housing supply targets.
This contract is for the ground and site investigation surveys required to understand site conditions and constraints and for the planning application
