Description
The Council is looking to appoint a traffic management company to take responsibility for the traffic management plan, delivery and maintenance to support the annual Loughborough Fair and Remembrance day events in November each year.
Prospective tenderers should operate an effective quality management system (QMS) that delivers efficient, safe and environmentally sustainable processes and is accredited to ISO 9001 and relevant National Highway Sector Schemes.
Commencing from the 5th August 2019 , the contract is for three years with the option to extend by two further periods of 12 months.
The last date for request of documents is the 26th June 2019, with tenders to be returned by 12 Noon on the 5th July 2019.
